caseen charges a sales tax of 7.750% for orders from California (USA) only. You may be subject to additional used tax.
caseen items purchased on caseen.com have a 30-day return policy. To return, you must contact the support department first to receive an RMA # at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns with no prior authorization or RMA # will be rejected. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs without exception. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted with no restocking fee applied.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For international transactions, you must use Wire Transfer or Paypal.
All orders are processed through our 256-bit SSL secured server. Before shipping, our Credit Department will re-verify all orders and payments. No International Credit Cards will be accepted.
All billing information and shipping address (if different from billing address) is subject to verification for safety and security purposes. Please note that there may be delays associated with verifying billing and shipping address information which may hold your order until resolved.
For money order purchases, if full payment is not received within 10 business days from the original date of order, caseen will automatically cancel your order. All merchandises purchased through money orders/ check will be shipped after the money has been deposited and cleared by our bank.
Pricing and Product Availability Disclaimer
All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, Prices and product availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials/promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for any typographical errors on pricing and product availability information. caseen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
caseen attempts to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, also on typographical and photographical of products for sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on caseen is accurate, complete, or current.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE / CANCELLATION POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. caseen reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. caseen reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity of any item you ordered. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Credit card dispute charge is not acceptable. If there is anything wrong with the merchandise, please contact customer service for more information. Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 business hours. However, we do not guarantee all orders will be shipped according to our usual process due to back orders, out of stock and/or credit card verification delay.
caseen will only accept all change/cancel order requests by phone. So please call 909-334-7393 during our business hours (9am to 5pm PST) to change/cancel any order. Also, all processes must be done before the order has been shipped out.
Please note that we only ship on weekdays. APO/FPO address order will be shipped via US Postal Service.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes that may be levied by their respective governments or by the shipping carrier. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.
caseen will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR LOSS
Once you receive your order, you are liable for loss or physical damage. Physical damage will void all warranties offered by caseen and/or the manufacturer. You as the buyer are liable for inspection of the products upon delivery. You will be responsible for contacting caseen regarding claim of any products damaged, tampered, and/or loss in transit. If you receive an order which you find to be physically damaged upon delivery, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery for further assistance. caseen will file shipping claim with the carrier. caseen is not the carrier, therefore is not directly responsible for lost or damaged packages. caseen will make the effort to address any issues or concerns. In cases of physical damage by the carrier, you need to keep the merchandise in the original packing materials for NO LESS THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS for claim purposes. caseen will instruct you on the necessary procedures to follow. caseen will send a replacement after the claim has been settled. Replacement will be sent via Ground Service, unless otherwise requested, in which you will be liable for any added charges resulting from upgrading the shipping method.
If you wrongfully refuse to accept your order or return products without legal excuse or authorization, you will be held liable for a service fee of 15% of the purchase price, plus any shipping and handling charges incurred. caseen may choose, at its discretion, to refuse to accept the unauthorized returns. You will be held liable for any charges associated with sending any unauthorized returned products back to you. caseen is not responsible for any loss or damage on unauthorized refused/return products.
You agree that any legal action brought against caseen shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of this site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles California.
